I came up with this idea in the early 80’s. I eventually completed it in 2006. Recorded it at President Street Studios in Centerport and put it on the CD Hits Duh Bah Tomb Lion. I liked the way it came out but re-thought the middle section lyrics a few years later. Since this song was in my repertoire of easy acoustic numbers I was hell bent on learning for an occasional live performance, I recorded it in a snap. Kind of a downer I know, but the sentiment seemed to fit so well with the piece Creedo (from Gaga Over The S.O.P) it needed to be here.

If you leave to go outside

Commercialize the secrets you've been hiding within
