about

Words and some Music © 2018 by John Tabacco

Note: The first part of this tune is a somewhat
paraphrased version of the Ray Brown upright bass solo that can be found on Martin Mull’s song, “They Never Met”. The recording of which can be accessed on Mull’s excellent 1977 record “I’m Everyone That I Have Ever Loved”. The second half (the guitar solo) is a remix of the through composed solo I had Mr. Gioglio learn on the three way co-write of “Customized”

lyrics

Pisces is the next of kin
That’s where it begins
The smell of your skin
Down to the recipe at the bottom of the ocean
Where it lies in the sea trees of the nebula sun

Cold damp opening for the tomb of the lost crusader
Fishing for bait it’s the closer for the whole shebang

Prime rate!

Stop! It’s a winner.

The barracuda sleeps tonight from reading the Sunday paper’s news.
