Written around the same time as the track "Gotta Go Now" from the "Tell Me Why Then" CD. Hence, the nylon guitar and simple minded guitar technique employed. Basically, riffing off of the "Vista Allocation" melody that was in the outro of "Gotta Go Now". The voices are me and Nick DiMauro from one of our "Spy Mop Trip" excerpts. That was a weird time to be alive.
