This is a more refined follow up to the percussion piece called "Factions Of Daughter Iodine" found on the CD "Sans Lyrics Vol. 1". Of course both these pieces were inspired by Edgar Varese's masterwork "Ionization". After having spent 4 years performing with serious college graduates in Stony Brook University's music department it became apparent that I was not cut out to spend all of my time practicing. I just got bored. It was thrilling to hear percussion pieces performed live and lend a hand in the realization of such works but I'd rather compose something than to replicate it. Unfortunately, I never did get anything I wrote performed in college, except for one page of a piano piece I composed for an electronic music course. Though the moment was brief it was encouraging.
