Everything Is Everywhere

Everything is Everywhere
I do not know what I do not know and thus I have my doubts that I know anything at all
As if that wasn’t hard enough to comprehend
I’ve had this thought floating in and out my head since I remember as youngster in my bed
Dreaming of the day that I might make some sense of it all
Seems like the past and present and future’s one - so what is happening?
Everything is everywhere ‘cause time and space entwine
Everything is everywhere when we live between the lines
There is nowhere now -‘cause now is already gone
Just like a dream I had in my baby’s crib - I saw myself dribbling as an old man with a bib
Then a bell rang and I found myself back in school
The teacher smiled looked into my timex eyes and without a word she said
Everything is everywhere ‘cause time and space entwine
Everything is everywhere it’s all a state of mind
There is nowhere now - ‘cause now is already gone
Everything is everywhere ‘cause time and space entwine
Everything is everywhere and that’s the bottom line
Everything is everywhere ‘cause time and space entwine
Everything is everywhere when we live between the lines
Time is all time now - It depends on when you want to be…

A New Kind Of Love
03:54
|
|||
There’s a new kind of love
One that calls your name when nobody’s there
A new kind of love
A love that thrives upon our empty affairs
It doesn’t ask for our acceptance
It doesn’t care about our needs
It only wants what we can’t give it
It gets nourished every time that it bleeds
There’s a new kind of love
A love that doesn’t need defining
A new kind of love
Outgoing bound and devoid of shining
A new kind of love
Like a book without the binding
There’s a new kind of love
One that touches where there are no feelings
A new kind of love
A love that shies away from spiritual dealings
Where blessings start to ravel as the heat is turned up high
Melting with the gravel made of hatred by design
The short stack in the garden of delights between it’s thighs
Is more than we can handle when it’s stick shift goes in drive
There’s a new kind of love
A love that doesn’t need defining
A new kind of love
Outgoing bound and devoid of shining
A new kind of love
Not like the kind you find in your dreams
Some punk with a shot gun is on the ceiling
Some punk with a shot gun will do the healing
Some punk with a shot gun is on the ceiling
Some punk with a shot gun will do the healing
For this new kind of love
Like a book without the binding
A new kind of love
One that laughs when it hurts, when it’s dying
There’s a new kind of love
One that doesn't need no justifying
A new kind of love
One that laughs when it hurts, when it’s dying

Star-Bird Full Of Light

STAR-BIRD FULL OF LIGHT
Sometimes I feel that I‘ve been pushed pass my limit
I can barely sing a song without crying
And I’m surely in it
Sometimes I complain
I’m just an old man in this world
Irrelevant on everything I do
Though I keep warm in my heart the reasons why I haven’t part
From this avenue
Life still has meaning
I’m a star-man full of light
Don’t wanna rust wanna try a new bus
I’m a star-bird still in flight
Make no mistake I am more than awake
I’m a star-bird full of light
The sleek and eloquent design provides the perfect cover
From the bitch and babble gushing from my mind
The outcome like no other
The shadow begs to see me tumble aimlessly abroad
Mixing perfect chaos magic with my soul
But beyond the mountain top
my love is never far apart from the avenue
Where life still has meaning…
I’m a star-bird full of light
Don’t wanna rust wanna try a new bus
I’m a star-bird still in flight
Make no mistake I am more than awake
I’m a star-bird full of light
My ego needs all the attention it can find
It is lonely - floating in space with my mental and moral decline
Perhaps it’s time to grow a new face
Every morning I wake I wonder if I’m crazy
Doncha think I would know by now?
I have a vision but the vision is hazy
I’m just trying to figure out how
I can break down these walls
And move on to greener pastures - again!
I’m a star-bird full of light
Don’t wanna rust wanna try a new bus
I’m a star-bird still in flight
Make no mistake I am more than awake
I’m a star-bird full of light
I’m a star-bird full of light
Don’t wanna rust wanna try a new bus
I’m a star-bird still in flight
Make no mistake I am more than awake
I’m a star-bird full of light

Not A Lot Has Changed

NOT A LOT HAS CHANGED
You used to speak in tongues - it drove me crazy
Just to piss my parents off on - Easter Sunday
You use to steal my cards - ran up a big bill
Played rough and beat the odds without a refill
Not a lot has changed
Not a lot has changed
No…
You put the roam in romance - left me on my own
Then you want a second chance - crying’ how you miss this home
The psycho ways you blow - still keep me reeling
Riddled with a code that’s got me feeling
Not a lot has changed
Not a lot has changed
No…
Not a lot has changed
No…
But I can’t seem to turn my back and leave you in the dust
I give you all my love
That’s not enough
You took from me my trust - what a fool I was
Could be a past life buzz
A payback baby
Not a lot has changed
No…
Not a lot has changed
No…

Baby Says She's Crying
02:18
|

BABY SAYS SHE'S CRYING
Baby says she’s crying
And she don’t know what to do
Baby says she’s crying
And she’s crying all over you
You don’t know what to tell her tonight
You can barely speak a word
Her lies her soothing - they be wrapped so tight
It’s a wonder that you ever got through in the first place
Baby says she’s dying
And she don’t know what to do
Baby says she’s dying
You can see her face is blue
But you won’t call the EMT
Something clicked inside your brain
You’re convinced she’s better off in the netherworld
That’s the only solution to be free again
But the secrets that you told her once
Were passed off to her friend
Who’s gonna spill all your dirty secrets
And make you pay again
You don’t know what to tell her tonight
You can barely speak a word
Her lies her soothing - they be wrapped so tight
It’s a wonder that you ever got through in the first place
Baby says she’s crying
And she's re-lying on you
Baby says she’s dying
And she's dying all over you

You Lazy Demon

YOU LAZY DEMON
I’m so lazy
I am lazy and stinking’ up home
Lazin’ in my bedroom - watching porn and eating some scones
Yes I know that time’s a wasting I can feel it
Those little gremlins prod my mind
I hear’em sing:
You lazy demon
Have you no shame
You lazy Demon
Champion of the lame
You lazy demon
Why doncha get up and cause some others some pain
I’m still lazy
My ambitions just stuck in a funk
Sweet talking angels feeding me visions arousing my junk
I used to be so nasty and inspired
Brought on the misery that gave you all a reason to fight
I lost my edge - I’m at a stand still
Has something to do with the light
But I still hear those gremlins singing:
Yeah their singing to me:
You lazy demon
Have you no shame
You lazy Demon
Champion of the lame
You lazy demon
Why doncha get up and cause some others some pain

The Constant Fight

THE CONSTANT FIGHT
I don’t believe a single word you say
You’re trying to get the best of me to sway
To your agenda that just benefits you and your cronies too
So it’s no surprise to find your greedy hands
Inside the pockets of my gullible friends
They have a good heart but are fooled by your smooth charm
There’s my door - please leave my space now
Best of luck - don’t have a cow now
Some of us have better things to do
You go your way - I’ll go mine
Don’t let the door hit your behind
Goodbye
It’s common knowledge that opposing views
Attract attention of the media news
Who twist the facts to keep us all confused and at our throats
Feeding off the negative vibes that we are happy to supply
It’s an animal farm that reincarnates itself
So you go your way - I’ll go mine
But this is how those creatures dine - divide and conquer
You go your way - I’ll go mine - Let’s hope not till the end of time
OK?

FIGARO
I’m an entity
Living in a factory
Passive as a manatee
Choking on my apathy
I’m an entity
Floating in a fantasy
Feeling like a fallacy
Leaking like a battery
Sometimes you get funny feelings
That face in the mirror
Is looking at you ooh ooh
Something strangely appealing
Up there on the ceiling
I’m talking to you ooh ooh
Ooh ooh
Get on your mark
Get set and go
Don't wait around
Pip Pip Pip Tallyho
Get on the stick
Make it quick
Figaro
It's a travesty
Pity the humanity
Peddling my pedigree
Feeling like a wannabe
So much vanity
Sanctified insanity
Spirit and anatomy
Sinking into entropy
All you high-flying bitches
You've got me in stitches
I'm talking to you ooh ooh
You're so damned meretricious
But oh so delicious
Am I getting through ooh ooh
Ooh ooh
Get on your mark
Get set and go
Don't wait around
Pip pip pip tallyho
Get on the stick
Make it quick

She Got Old
02:52
|

SHE GOT OLD
She got older by the minute
She’s not the child she used to be
She’s tells me “Johnny when once a virgin
I could see the forest from the trees”
But now she sits in her bed so lonely
Looks out a window all cracked and stained
I think it’s time to die (I hear her say)
Maybe die tonight (but first could you make me some coffee)
She breaks apart a piece of chocolate
Stare at a calendar with pictures of dogs
Turns on the TV but mutes the volume
Calls out for help ‘ cause the sound isn’t on
Turns it off when she hears the phone ring
Picks it up - it’s her daughter on the line
Asks the same old tired questions
And says these words all over again…
I think it’s time to die (I hear her say)
Maybe die tonight (but first could you make me some coffee)

This Is A New Place

THIS IS A NEW PLACE
This is a new place
A place where I can sing and make up songs
This is a new place
One where I can write and record
It's the same place I've been for years
'Cept this time it's "here" downstairs
And really nothin' has changed but my location
So there!
A variation on every possible line
The separation is only just a state of mind
It spirals 'round and 'round it flows
AND SO IT GOES
So there!
It's the same place I've been for years
'Cept this time it's "here" downstairs
And really nothin' has changed but my location
So there!

EVERYTHING IS ON IT'S WAY
Everything is on its way somewhere in space
Everything is on its way somewhere in space
And all the answers that you seek will someday be revealed
'Cause everything is on it's way
Of this I believe is sealed
This fight that we take to heart may not pull all its punches
Knock you out for the count - leave you in crutches
But the mind sorts out the adversity what your heart will not swallow
Your eyes will open up to see the logic that follows…. ‘Cause
Everything is on its way somewhere in space
Everything is on its way somewhere in space
And all the answers that you seek will someday be revealed
'Cause everything is on it's way
Of this I believe is sealed

Tachymeter Bezel was a beloved 90 year old figure at the pawn shop, where he managed the time piece section. His kind and helpful demeanor made him a favorite among customers. However, there was one question that had haunted him for years: Should a blind person wear a waterproof watch while taking a bath?
One day, Bezel's thoughts were interrupted when a blind customer approached him, asking about waterproof watches. Bezel was momentarily taken aback, unsure of how to respond. He had never encounter a visually impaired person. Instinctively, he gently placed the selection of waterproof timepieces on the counter and guided the customer's hands over each one. As the customer felt each watch, Bezel pondered the question more deeply. Was it a matter of personal preference or practical necessity? Did the customer need to keep track of time while bathing, or was it simply a convenience?
Bezel's thoughts drifted, and he found himself pondering the very nature of free will. Was his mind truly his own, or was he being controlled by some higher force that made him re-think this question for decades? Before he could delve deeper into these thoughts, the blind customer interrupted. "I'll buy this one," he said, selecting a sleek waterproof watch with a tactile dial that he could easily feel and use while bathing.
Bezel hesitated for a moment, then apologized and informed the customer that the watch was already sold. The buyer would be back later that night to pick it up. Strange. Bezel was never one to tell a lie but there it was.
The blind man sighed and pleaded with Bezel to reconsider, but to no avail. Bezel felt a twinge of guilt, but he couldn't explain why. The customer having given up all hope, made an about face with his seeing eye dog and slowly left the shop accidentally knocking over a pair of drum sticks balanced on an old snare drum.
As the day went on, Bezel found himself unable to shake the feeling that he had revealed a darker, suppressed indifference towards the needs and concerns of others. His mind raced with thoughts and questions, but he was abruptly interrupted by the onset of a fatal heart attack. As he clutched his chest, he muttered to himself, "I guess only time will tell," before succumbing to the inevitable.
In the end, Bezel's legacy lived on in the memories of those he had helped over the years. But the question that had plagued him for so long remained unanswered. Should a blind person wear a waterproof watch while taking a bath? The answer, it seemed, would forever remain a mystery.
