about

Music © 1983 by Laura Tabacco

My sister Laura started playing flute in elementary school. She was a pretty good reader. Much better than me. Anyway, at one point by the time she was in college she picked up a sax and a trombone and started to play them. I don't recall much about the trombone but the sax she had some skill with. I mean, she just picked it up and played. No lessons. And she'd come up with lots of great melodies. So, I asked her if I could record some of them. This piece is what came out. Pretty cool. Very authentic. Very real. I wish she would have continued playing music because she has a good ear for composition. Instead, she went into the video end of things.

lyrics
