Nick DiMauro wrote this really nice tune around 1992. I remember him playing it for me. He was bored with it at that point and I never heard it again. I remember the hook had something to do with "Rest of My Life". It always stuck in my head. Twenty years later I asked him about the song and he had no recollection of it. None. I sang him what I remembered. Basically "the rest of my life". Nope. He said I must have dreamed it. But I did not. Perhaps all the drugs and weird times back then erased his memory? Poor kid. At any rate his song inspired this piece. Don't hold it against him.
